Over the last few years we experimented with filming snowboarding on super 8mm, we were fascinated by the uniqueness of 8mm, and we discovered our passion for making snowboard movies. It was time to create our own movie company: The Pirate Movie Production!

The main idea of our first movie was to contrast the snowboarding video world – on presenting a European SUPER 8mm Film!
The movie is featuring up n coming riders, leaving their home turf behind. Our travels brought us to Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and all the way to Japan.
But most of our time we spent in the Voralberger Alps, where we called a hut owned by Gigi’s uncle our main base.

This movie shows a new independent and anticipated generation of snowboarding.
It’s fearless expedition into cold cyclone environments!
