Camp of Champions Part 1
The Pirate Crew (YAW YAW!!) met up in Vancouver in June and were lucky enough to find themselves there on national skateboard day!
There were so many kids... After a day of following them around the city watching them shredd up the famous Vancouver spots we decided it was time to head up to whistler for Camp of Champs Pirate week.. But not before stopping off in Squamish for another skate session in the bowls... Mone killing it as usual... Unfortunately by this time we already had a Pirate out of action.. Teo 'Talma' Kontinnen tweeked his knee quite bad on the second day so he was the party man for the week... Little did we know there was one more coming...
When we finally got to Whistler we decided we hadn't quite finished with skating yet.. so we all went to the Whistler skate park and yet again, Mone killed it...
So all settled in we checked out the park. The Camp of Champs set up was insane! Amazing triple kicker line, good challenging pipe, sick corners, loads of jibs and a super fun quarter at the bottom of the park for 'fun tricks'..
