Justin Hare lowdown
Lots of exciting things happening with Pirate Movie Productions during the first weeks of 2012. Our crews have been busy filming throughout Austria as mother nature continues to provide plenty of snow to work with. Today was dangerously deep in many ski resorts, so we played it safe, while still managing to have alot of fun shredding around with Gigi, Arthur, Curtis and many others. Jake Price has a mean hand plant, and Carlos Blanchard has great pop when he actually makes it off the jump!
A variety of new, entertaining, content is going to be available very soon on our website so stay tuned for that, especially "Show du Longo" a podcast highlighting the talents of one of our favorite Frenchmen, Arthur Longo. We shot the intro to it yesterday and can't wait to see the first episode run.
Seeing the snow forecasts for the NWest have me feeling a little homesick, but waist deep powder here helps. Tomorrow I'm heading towards the home valley of Werni Stock with Marco Feichtner for round two of filming in that area. We spent some time last week exploring, and should have some fresh landings to work with as the latest storm front clears.
