Pirate Movie Production

The day after Kidsbühel, the Pirate ship set sails and made it's way south over 2 alpine passes to a remote and often forgotten part of Austria:

For the 4th time the Pirates anchored Lienz / eastTirol for a movie premiere, which took place at the Cafe Wha. After a quite chilled afternoon (due to the night before) and the traditional pizza dinner, we were ready to get the party started:

Jocki, Bugs, Matty and Oli took the stage from early with a nice mixture from classic hip hop to reggae/dancehall to mash ups. The location was getting packed quickly, so we could start showing the movie to a hyped crowd, that was highly motivated to see the pirate flick and also party hard that night. Also the give away action right after the screening was appreciated and a young local rider won the shoe game (which was quite popular that weekend) and went home that morning with a pair of brand new boots. It was nice to meet most of the local riders and friends from back in the days and everybody seemed to have a blast. But there was one guy that couldn't be with us, Wurzi. This local shredder with an all time happy face sadly died last summer. RiP!
