Winter is my love

It may seem ridiculous but last year only a small group of fans knew Pirate’s movies here in Poland. This year however,  during the festival we organized ‘a day with a pirate movie production’ showing to hundreds of viewers  the development, evaluation of riders and one absolutely unique analogue, artistic style.

We have projected the début of ‘Shoot your friends’ made on 8mm, ‘Lubedence’, the first movie realized on 16mm and very much awaited 2009 production ‘Jolly Roger’.

Jocki Köffler has demonstrated his radio skills on Polish Radio EURO – so our eager for winter country could hear about The Pirates. The guys from The Crew recorded video greetings but somehow it failed to playback the imageJ. The lucky ones in the cinema hall who managed to catch colorful balls that we threw at the audience  and come back with them, those lucky individuals got Pirates’ films and their t-shirts. We are proud that Warsaw appears on the t-shirt promoting Jolly Roger tour!

The cinema with the longest tradition gave us an euphoric welcome! Our reaction to the movies shook the funds of the building. Go and see Jolly Roger before winter! Do go out in winter! Do keep on waiting all year long for the next Pirates’ movie…

Big thanks for the film, for all the chats and thank you cell phone network that a day before the event you started broadcasting (both ways) the statement ‘the number you are trying to reach does not exist’ ! That was ridiculous. As well as the fact, that last year only few hot head enthusiasts in Poland knew Pirates’ movies…
